In my view, the order passed by the lower appellate court is totally erroneous and contrary to law laid down by the Supreme Court and this Court holding that if the wife had filed a false case against the husband and his family members in which the appellant husband and his family members are acquitted, it announced to cruelty Husband and his family members are acquitted, it amounted to cruelty and the husband on the said ground was entitled
